By booking your child into a session online you are signing against our terms and conditions including our COVID-19 rules and regulations to ensure we help not spread of the virus.

 

  • Dragonflies Durham requires all customers to book online which agrees to our terms and conditions

COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES

  • All adults (apart from exempt conditions) are required to wear a mask on entry this can be removed when seated, after the 19th July this will not be a requirement.

  • All guests will have their temperature taken and if this is too high then you will be asked to leave and we will contact you to rearrange your visit. After the 19th July this will not be a requirement

  • Sanitiser to be used on entry to the cafe and play frames.

  • Follow social distancing rules. After the 19th July this will not be a requirement however we remain with a reduced capacity, and reduced tables to ensure that we continue with our help reduce the spread and you have an enjoyable visit

  • All tables have been placed to over 1 metre apart to ensure social distancing, please ensure these are not moved in your visit

  • Entrance and exits signs have been placed in the playframe to help with a one way system.

  • Session times have been allocated so that we can clean with sanitiser to reduce the spread of COVID 19

  • If you feel ill at any point before your visit with signs of COVID 19 then please do not visit and we can re-schedule your visit if 24 hours is given.

  • If you feel ill while at Dragonflies with signs of COVID 19 then please inform a team member and leave promptly.

General T&C

  • The fire exits for the building are the main entrance and the back door.

  • Dragonflies Durham does not supervise children and accepts no responsibility for loss, accidents or injury that may occur during the play period. 

  • You are responsible for your own child and they play at their own risk. 

  • All persons using this play centre do so at their own risk.

  • Children must not push, collide, fight, throw, run or behave in a manner likely to injury or cause distress to others. 

  • You are responsible for ensuring no intentional damage is caused to our building and its contents. 

  • Dragonflies Durham will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your or any guest’s equipment or personal possessions. 

  • All items played with are child friendly however if your child has any allergies or intolerances please ensure you ask the staff member for advice. Your child is playing with items supplied by us at their own risk.

  • Some products are not suitable for under 3 years it is the carers responsibility to ensure they are supervised at all times.

  • All visitors using the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.

  • Cancellations - if you wish to cancel your session this needs to be done 24 hours prior so we can resell your space and if we are able resell the slot then we will be able re-booked you on to another session. No refunds are available. 

  • Some sessions are ran by a third party, and any payment to dragonflies for these sessions is collected only and payable to course leader.

  • Buggy store is located in the foyer. Any buggies left in this area are done so at your own risk. 

Trampoline terms and conditions

  • No adults are allowed on the trampoline.

  • Only one child allowed on the trampoline at any time.

  • Ensure trampoline zip is closed before use.

  • It is parents/carers responsibility to supervise children on the trampoline, at their own risk.

  • Trampoline only suitable for children up to the age of 8 years old.

  • Do not attempt somersaults on the trampoline. Serious injuries may result.

  • Stop bounce on the trampoline by flexing knees as feet come in contact with the bed.

  • Avoid bouncing too high on the trampoline. Maintain control.

  • Bounce in the centre of the bed of the trampoline, do not lean on the sides of the trampoline.

  • Avoid bouncing on the trampoline when tired.

  • No toys, footballs or any other objects allowed on trampoline.

Cafe terms and conditions

  • Only food and drink bought from Dragonflies can be consumed on our premises.

  • Please advise a team member of any allergies when purchasing food and drink and we can advise you of any allergy contents, we however cannot guarantee any cross contamination.

  • There is NO FOOD allowed in the play area at any time.

Party terms and conditions

  • When booking a party at Dragonflies you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

  • No cancellations allowed, only transfer of dates

  •  No deposits returned just transferred to an alternative dates 

  • Only bought cakes allowed

  • Numbers provided at least 48 hours prior to your party

These terms and conditions are for the safety for all people using Dragonflies and we cannot accept any responsibility for an injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
